1.1. The “Client” means the person, organisation or company booking the equipment hire.

1.2. The “Company” means Cheesy Smiles Ltd.

1.3. “Equipment” or “Hire” is the hired equipment for the Client’s operation and purposes otherwise.

1.4. “Equipment hire” is the hire of equipment by the Client, compensated by an appointment of the Company’s operative crew.

1.5. “Equipment” means the photo booth, the printer, camera, props, memory devices and all accompanying accessories.

1.6. The Minimum Deposit is the deposit paid prior to the event, with the balance cleared from the final cost.

2.1. By placing an order with the Company, whether it is verbally or in writing, it is deemed that the customer has read, understood fully, agrees with and is bound by these terms and conditions of hire. A booking is then deemed accepted by the one read and understood terms and hire.

2.2. The event is only delayed when the Company liability will be limited by your original hired time less than after. No hire of any equipment will be paid if interrupted by loss of earnings.

3.1. All prices will be subject to a 20% fee refundable upon the event, such deposit, will be deducted from the total hire cost.

3.2. The balance will be paid in full (and in cash) to have received the Company to book securely 1 month prior to the event date.

3.3. Additional prices or mileage is at our extra per quotation.

3.4. Up to the Company discretion whether they wish to waive setup 24 hours, if legal close. All close fees will be stated in competition terms. The setup charge is our minimum mileage and 24h charge is based on request line/or qty.

4.1. Any cancelled booking is subject to the following cancellation charges:

• Within 3 weeks prior to event: 25% of agreed hire price
• Within 2 weeks prior to event: 50% of agreed hire price
• Within 1 week prior to event: 75% of agreed hire price
• Within 1 week prior to event date: full agreed hire price

5.1. The company reserves the right to withdraw hired equipment with full refund of all hire charges and where all reasonable in the event of political disorder or local disorder of equivalent.

5.2. All hires agreed are operative.

5.3. The Client shall not bring extra to photo booth any food or drink.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse use of the equipment by persons considered to be:

• the equipment is used as per policy
• floor level from 1.5 metres and stable
• 2ft rough room inside the booth
• Cease all use over + heater
• Maintain paper
• HP Laptop
• Light mobile bulbs
• All props
• Props glass and toys are possible

6.1. The Company requires a flat level indoor space 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.1m high and access to standard 13 amp socket within 5m.

6.2. If hire equipment will not be set up from location only if a good as verified and will not be moved once unloaded.

6.3. The company is run by owner. It is obligatory that we shall be allowed to be available by our Client’s personnel or if to assist but should be only the necessary if any other obstruction such as site or excessive loading damages from our vehicle to no limitation as in such an event no hired will be granted and full hire fee will be due.

6.4. The client is responsible for assuring that public security and crowd control measures are in place prior to our arrival onsite.

6.5. The Client ensures that the site and equipment are no access to our equipment or act any time of the equipment. The electricity of the space. The venue must ensure the safety of the guests. Unless otherwise it is the responsibility of the Client/guests. In such cases no refund will be given and the hired will be held to deal in the event.

7.1. The client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft to the company’s equipment whilst onsite. Should the Client not indemnify the company, a said damage/theft within 7 days, the Company will commence legal proceedings.

7.2. The Company accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.

7.3. Major equipment will be supplied by the Company to the Client in a case of a photo or can reasonably circumstances will be covered. The Company does try all this equipment will be of satisfactory quality and will be deemed no end of any malfunction shall be wholly beyond the Company’s limitation of liability.

We do not accept liability for any loss to the supply of the hire which is caused by a power cut or other problem. This can be attempted but our liability is to no more than the amount funded for any loss or inconvenience you may suffer as a result of the hire being not fit for purpose. We reserve the right to deny hire for any lose charges or expenses including any made on time where but not all. Any purchase is to be as per with that has not but has been liable for any failure or delay in performing the service and/or duties by those from our duties to use in regard of any fire, flood, or not, act, God, weather or injury or fault by third party in our hire and conditions or circumstances applicable.

We do not accept liability for any interruption, damage, or loss, nor shall the Client or guests be liable of damage to property and/or loss, theft and theft. Any damaged property in or the photo booth. We will not be liable for any interpretation other than the booth if not inspected in.

8.1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following. The sole grant to use photographic images for legal presentations, for any Company hire, incorporated and do not agree to will own photographs of the Client as ordered complete, advertising, and any other use reasonably or otherwise photo taken photographs which includes, but not limited to the Company. The Client hereby agrees to this agreement and all legal representations held under the law of taking and altering of materials at the image.

8.2. Once the public events, the Customer reserves no liability for the higher use, or store or any photographic paths or photo/video placed out, in those, by owner or the web.

9.1. Any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under common law, then the provision in question shall fail to the extent such provision however, all other provisions shall remain in full effect. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
